Feasibility study “Blechenstrasse heating solution”

Fea­si­bi­li­ty stu­dy for the heat sup­p­ly of a resi­den­ti­al com­plex in Ber­lin: ana­ly­sis of the exis­ting natu­ral gas-based situa­ti­on, tech­no-eco­no­mic com­pa­ri­son of dis­trict hea­ting and heat pump solu­ti­ons as pos­si­ble alter­na­ti­ves with CO₂ pri­ce risk assess­ment. Goal: Effi­ci­ent, resi­li­ent heat sup­p­ly for 67 resi­den­ti­al units.

As part of the ener­gy manage­ment imple­men­ta­ti­on, orga­niza­tio­nal con­sul­ting is pro­vi­ded, inclu­ding the deve­lo­p­ment of an ener­gy poli­cy, action plan and legal regis­ter. A detail­ed ana­ly­sis of the ener­gy flows and was­te heat poten­ti­al is car­ri­ed out with the deve­lo­p­ment of mea­su­res.
