Consulting engineering community

for energy technology, energy efficiency and sustainability

Techno-economic consulting and implementation support — for energy supply, energy efficiency
and sustainability from Berlin.

The watts engineering consortium combines over 15 years of experience in energy and building technology with a clear focus on cost efficiency and sustainability. We develop resilient solutions, support their implementation and advise clients from the energy and real estate industries as well as non-profit associations, municipalities and research institutions — for a sustainable future.

Insight into our

Projects

The project overview provides an insight into our work as an engineering office. Using selected projects, we show how we support companies and organizations in the development and implementation of individual solutions — in a practical, goal-oriented and cooperative manner.

Goals

watts develops robust energy solutions for current and future generations

Energy sources and sinks are intelligently networked, heating, cooling and electricity systems are trimmed for efficiency and decentralized energy sources are tapped. For us, “Organizing Fossil-Free Energy” means the structured development of cost-efficient and resilient energy solutions with implementation support.

Premises

Sufficiency. The responsible use of natural resources such as the atmosphere and raw materials forms the basis of our work at watts. We develop customized systems — not too big, not too small — that are precisely tailored to the needs of the user.

Efficient. In addition to reducing energy losses through efficiency measures, watts attaches particular importance to energy recycling — i.e. the use of energy that has already been used, for example from recooling plants or commercial waste heat from the neighborhood.

Participative. Creating social common good is the third maxim of watts.
To this end, we maintain trusting and open office communication. In our projects, we attach great importance to involving stakeholders and taking different perspectives into account.
